Ashley Rosival, RN, CCM brings an array of experience to Pathfinder, having worked in a wide variety of health care settings. Ashley’s passion for seniors and their families began at a young age, while “working” alongside her mother, a nurse at the local board and care. Ashley went on to be a certified nursing assistant in high school, and later was one of the primary decision makers for her aging grandmother who had dementia. Beyond lived experience with geriatrics, Ashley has held multiple leadership positions in long term care, Medicare home-care, and memory care, most recently at an assisted living as a Director of Health Services. Having worked in a nationally recognized health insurance organization, Ashley brings a unique perspective to her practice. Her experience developing clinical programs for Medicare enrollees, leading a team of nurse case managers, and managing relationships with local non-profit social service agencies, has led to a deeper understanding of medical policy and our health care system. Ashley is a member of the Minnesota Gerontological Society and is accredited as a Certified Case Manager by the Commission for Case Management Certification.
